- Support implementation and maintenance of OncoFirm’s Quality Management System in accordance with the FDA Quality Management System Regulation (QMSR), 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485:2016, and other applicable requirements.
- Develop and maintain quality and regulatory documentation throughout the product-development lifecycle.
- Support design and development planning, requirements, reviews, verification, validation, transfer, and change-control activities.
- Assist in maintaining design and development documentation, device specifications, manufacturing documentation, technical documentation, and regulatory records.
- Support analytical and clinical performance evaluation planning and documentation.
- Participate in product and process risk-management activities consistent with applicable standards, including ISO 14971.
- Develop and maintain risk-management documentation, including hazard analyses and Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEA).
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to incorporate regulatory and quality requirements early in product development.
- Support document control, change control, CAPA, nonconformance, supplier quality, training, and records-management processes.
- Participate in internal quality audits and support external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Support supplier qualification and oversight activities.
- Assist with product labeling, Instructions for Use (IFU), intended-use statements, indications, warnings, and claims-support documentation.
- Support verification and validation activities for assays, instrumentation, software, and connected diagnostic systems.
- Monitor evolving U.S. and international regulatory requirements affecting IVDs and medical devices.
- Support post-market surveillance, complaint handling, corrective and preventive actions, vigilance, and regulatory reporting processes as products progress toward commercialization.
- Coordinate with external regulatory consultants, testing laboratories, clinical partners, manufacturers, suppliers, and development organizations.
